New Middle School Project

  • Construct a new 96,500 square foot middle school northwest of the existing school on the current middle school site.

  • Existing Middle School will stay open during construction of new building

  • Existing school will be deconstructed after moving to new building

High School Secure Entry and Maintenance

  • Relocate high school offices to new addition on east side

  • Improve security of the main entry

  • Remodel existing offices into additional classroom space

  • Replace boilers and roof

Northview Elementary

  • Heating and ventilation equipment are original to the building, built in 1971 and the addition in 1977

  • Solution includes comprehensive update to modern and efficient equipment

  • Needed for improvement of air quality
